Violet Crumble Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bars

Method

• Step 1

  Line an 8 x 10-inch pan (about 1 inch deep) with parchment paper.

• Step 2

  Crush or chop the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter into small pieces.

• Step 3

  In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream until pale and thick.
  Fold in the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter pieces.

• Step 4

  Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cookie layer.
  Top with another layer of cookies.

  Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight, or until completely firm.
  Cut into rectangles to serve.
