9 oz Violet Crumble Peanut Butter Bars or Cubes
9 oz Violet Crumble Peanut Butter Bars or Cubes
9 oz Biscoff cookies or similar rectangular cookies
9 oz Biscoff cookies or similar rectangular cookies
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
Method

Step 1
Line an 8 x 10-inch pan (about 1 inch deep) with parchment paper.

Crush or chop the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter into small pieces.

Step 3
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream until pale and thick.
Fold in the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter pieces. -
Step 4
Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cookie layer.
Top with another layer of cookies.Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight, or until completely firm.
Cut into rectangles to serve.
