Violet Crumble Brownies
Ingredients
9 oz (or 2 packs) Violet Crumble Cubes
9 oz (or 2 packs) Violet Crumble Cubes
7 oz milk chocolate, chopped

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (or 1 3/4 sticks) unsalted butter

Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. -
Step 2
Place the chocolate and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on medium power for 1–2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. -
Step 3
Set aside to cool slightly.

Add the brown sugar, eggs, and flour to the chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
Chop or crush the Violet Crumble and fold into the batter.
Pour into the prepared pan. -
Step 5
Bake for 22–26 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.

Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into 16 squares. Serve and enjoy!
