Violet Crumble Peanut Butter Blondies
Ingredients
2 oz Violet Crumble Peanut Butter Bars or Cubes
2 oz Violet Crumble Peanut Butter Bars or Cubes
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 large eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and baking soda.
Mix until smooth and well combined. -
Step 3
Roughly chop the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter bars or cubes into chunks.

Fold the chocolate chips and half of the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter chunks into the batter.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the remaining Violet Crumble Peanut Butter pieces over the top. -
Step 6
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is just set.
