Violet Crumble Peanut Butter Blondies

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and baking soda.
    Mix until smooth and well combined.

  • Step 3

    Roughly chop the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter bars or cubes into chunks.

  • Step 4

    Fold the chocolate chips and half of the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter chunks into the batter.

  • Step 5

    Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
    Sprinkle the remaining Violet Crumble Peanut Butter pieces over the top.

  • Step 6

    Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is just set.

  • Step 7

    Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before slicing into squares. Serve and enjoy!
